“The legal question is only part of the client’s problem.”

Spencer’s background connects trial work, business judgment, negotiation, and direct client counsel.

A broad perspective, applied personally.

Spencer Langley graduated from Clemson University in 2003 with studies in Psychology and Finance. Before law school, he spent a year in the business world to gain practical experience he could later bring to legal clients.

After earning his law degree in 2007, Spencer returned to the Upstate and joined the Thirteenth Circuit Solicitor’s Office. As a prosecutor, he actively tried a wide range of criminal cases and developed the courtroom judgment that continues to inform his work.

He later joined a boutique litigation firm focused on criminal defense, personal injury litigation, and workers’ compensation claims. His practice has since expanded across litigation and business matters, including criminal defense, personal injury, commercial and corporate law, contract negotiation, estate, and probate law.
